For me, one of the highlights of the Christmas / New Year holidays was getting to meet the delightful Delahunty family from Utah, USA in person.
Since Nate first began learning, we have developed quite a friendship through our emails back and forth.

During the holidays, Nate and his family were spending some time in Australia, so when he suggested we meet in person, I jumped at the chance and we met up at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast on January 3.

While I often develop a close rapport with our students through emails, etc., our students are located all around the globe so it is a rare treat to meet them personally.
